All services provided by Plan It To The T are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and required retainer. Event dates are not reserved without payment. Final guest counts, menu selections, and event details must be confirmed by the agreed deadline and may affect pricing.

Payments must be made according to the contract schedule. Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your contract, and retainers are non-refundable.

Plan It To The T is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue issues, or vendor failures. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated as needed.
